Crazy idea! Let’s consider the definition for performance from a business perspective. This would refer to how well someone performs over time. Not just this week’s game but the entire season.
So if we have this equation called, PERFORMANCE, then we can look at strength & conditioning as one part. We still need to consider what’s left. I.E. Sleep. Hydration. Consumption.
ALL TRAINING DEPENDS ON THE PERSON. FROM THEIR AGE TO THEIR HABITS. IN OTHER WORDS: CHILDREN ARE NOT TINY ADULTS AND SHOULD NOT BE TREATED AS SUCH.
